Delete Your PLANK Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to request permanent deletion of your PLANK account and associated data.

Send an email to contact@compr.ch from the email address associated with your PLANK account.

Use the subject line: "Delete my PLANK account" and include your registered email address in the body.

We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account within 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
Data that will be deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
- All pins you created
- All chat messages you sent
- Pin interactions (votes, follows)
- Authentication tokens and session data
Data that may be retained
- Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers)
- Legal/compliance records if required by law
Retention period: Account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of processing your request. Backup copies are purged within 90 days.
